I started my CrossFit journey with CFWR about 3 years ago and I have been coaching for over a year. I am a 6th grade teacher at a local school. I enjoy spending my free time outside. I also enjoy spending time with my two kiddos. it’s one of my favorites!

I’ve been doing CrossFit for a little over 2 years. I believed in it so much I obtained my L1 trainer certification and have been coaching for 18 months. When I’m not working out or coaching, I’m a
physical therapist assistant at a local hospital. I’m a dog mom to a beautiful pup named Nora. I’m also the coolest Aunt to Chandler and Graham.

I have been doing CrossFit since 2016. I was inspired to pursue CrossFit by my weightlifting teacher in high school!  I have been coaching since December 2018. It has helped me
grow as a person and I continue to be a student of the game! Outside of the gym I like to
spend time with my girlfriend, family and friends, work on design related projects, learn new things, and watch movies!

I have been doing CrossFit for over 7 years. I began my coaching journey with CFWR in 2019. Home is one of my favorite places to be…hanging out with my beautiful daughters. I love my time with them…at home or scurrying off to their many activities. I enjoy spending my free time in nature and anything outdoors. Oh, and coffee, coffee dates are great!

I started CrossFit in March of 2016 and started coaching in November of 2019. I’ve been married to my wonderful wife, Jenna, for almost 10 years. We have two wild and amazing kids. Our son Jackson is 7 and our daughter Penelope is 5. In my free time I like to read, play and watch basketball, and eat good and interesting foods.

I have been doing CrossFit for over 5 years. My CrossFit journey started at CFWR and I have been coaching for 4 years. My wife, Stormie, and I welcomed a baby girl, Sloane, a year ago. I love to spend my free time with them! You can also find me on the golf course in nice weather and playing guitar at church. Two hobbies I truly enjoy. I also love IU basketball and participating in IronMan activities.

I’m a video production major at Ball State, and I’ve been doing CrossFit for about 3 years! I’ve ran

for most of my life. I ran track for five years and cross country for three.  I found CrossFit during my senior year of high school and was hooked as soon as I walked into the gym. When I’m not at the gym coaching/working out, I’m probably doing homework, which sounds lame, but it’s the truth. I’ll make it a bit more interesting –
when I’m not at the gym, I’m hiking mountains, playing with dogs, and drinking good coffee.

I have been doing CrossFit for about 5 years and coaching for almost 4. I love being a part of CrossFit White River!  My free time is spent with family. My husband and I are parents to Tayler (Greg) and Tate (Mallory). Tayler and Greg have 3 littles (Russell, Penelope, and Brody) that bring us much joy and keep us busy!
